Ingredients

• 1 handsize codfish steak, boiled and bones and skin off

• 2 tbsp flour

• 1 egg

• 1/2 medium size onion, finelly chopped

• 1 garlic clove, finelly chopped

• 1/2 tbsp parsley, finelly chopped

• pepper to taste

• 2 tbsp olive oil to fry

• After you boil the cod let it cool for 10 minutes and flake it into a bowl.

• Add egg, flour, garlic, onion and parsley.

• Mix well together until you get a paste.

• Fry each cake over medium-high heat (I used 1 tbsp as a measure) 2 or 3 minutes each side, until golden.

• Serve with tomato rice - codfish fritters best friend :)
