Job Role


Main duties and responsibilities:

Providing technical support to tutors accessing our e-learning platforms: Moodle, Tribal Go Learn and Blackboard Collaborate.

Adapting existing resources to be used and embedded on our learning platforms

Creating new resources with support from curriculum staff

Assisting tutors to create resources for our e-learning platform

Assisting in the development and delivery of training of e-learning resources

Creating and maintaining learner logins

Trialing and evaluating new technologies and e-learning resources

Create tutorial resources for training purposes for new resources

Assist in the pilot of new e-portfolio

Assist tutors and learners to use virtual classroom, including moderation during sessions
