The Problem

There have been many new apartment blocks built during last couple of years in Kuressaare, but only few of them sold by now

Economic crisis has cut down the sales of real estate

The houses built during the economic welfare are now standing empty and losing their value

Conclusion

There is quite a lot of real estate for sale in Kuressaare

Most of the houses or apartments for sale are completely new or built in last few years, so they are in excellent condition

These apartments have a good chance of being sold in the near future when the economic crisis is over
