Announcement

• 10 pieces of paper= 1 point• 50 plastic caps= 1 point• 5 plastic bottles= 1 point• 10 batteries= 1 point

Writing the announcement

The next day Anna brought some plastic bottles

They were 14. We put 10 of them in the recycling bin, got 1 point and left the other 4 bottles aside to throw

later when we will have 10.

B1: 10 plastic bottles= 1 point

Sofia also brought 250 plastic bottle caps. How many points will we get?

We will count them and every 50 caps we will be receiving 1 point.

B1: 250 plastic bottles= 5 points

C1: They brought used paper. Every 10 pieces they received 1 point.

B2: They brought a few plastic bottles and plastic bottle caps.

We decided to divide the plastic caps in groups of 50 caps each one

We created 3 groups, so B2 will receive 3 points. Some comes were left because they

were less than 50.

B2: 150 plastic bottle caps= 3 points

Cristina has brought a bag of plastic bottle caps

Each team takes 50 caps- because 50 caps= 1 point

Each team took 50 plastic bottle caps. After they counted them they wanted to make

something with them.
