RELAXATION
It generally can be defined as “release of tension & stress of mind”.It is not just about peace of mind or enjoying a hobby. It is a process that decreases the effects of stress on your mind and body.
IMPORTANCE OF RELAXATION
Relaxation is so important in our lives as it helps to keep our stress levels down and consequently improves our health. Too much work and not enough time for ourselves can result in mental health problems, memory failure and even heart attack. So, it is important everybody takes at least 10 minutes a day to wind down.
Relaxation is as simple as gentle breathing
If you feel stressed take a few moments out. Just watch and be aware of your breathing. Breathe naturally and gently; this will have a very powerful, calming influence on your mind. When you breathe in, feel that you are breathing in inner peace. When you breathe out, feel you are exhaling all your anxieties and worries. Relaxation can be the simple- it does not have to be complicated at all.
