Radio Advert

For our radio advert we will be recording in the recording studio in the school. This will mean we can get high quality sound due to the room being designed to get capture high quality sound.

The software that we will be using to record the dialogue will be through Garageband which we have little experience with however through looking at videos we have learnt how to use it as it is a basic software for beginners.

This means now that we can record the dialogue ourselves without the help of the technicians, which will result in us having more control in what we want.

PosterFor the poster we will be creating over photoshop and indesign. I have a good knowledge on how to use both of these due to using it in media during GCSE’s and through my ICT lessons. We will use photoshop to edit our images and then use indesign to place all of the images together after editing them and adding on the illustrated design.

Also with the help of video tutorials online this will give us the knowledge that we need to create the image that we want.

Lighting for production

For the lighting of our film we won’t be using many lights as we want to keep it natural so instead we will create ambient light through the use of lanterns, the lights that are already at the interior location and the LED which will help us to create a realistic atmosphere for our audience.

Also we will use final cut pro X to sort out any lighting that doesn’t look as we wanted it to be through the use of colour grading which we have learnt to do with the help of our technician and through online video tutorials.
