120 Latvian credits (180 ECTS)
Maximum of 120 study places
Tuition fee per year: 3 500 EUR

Year 1 Basic foundation courses in Law
& Business subjects Designed to give students the
ability to grasp both legal and business concepts
Year 2 Advanced courses in Law &
Business Students build upon courses from
Year 1 in both Law & Business.
Year 3 Specialist courses in Law &
Business Pre-requisites are courses taken
in the first 2 years Thesis has to reflect research in
both disciplines

COURSE STRUCTURE
Mandatory and elective courses
Y1 – mandatory; Y2, Y3 – mandatory + electives
Up to three courses at the same time
Can choose to follow an additional course
Each course lasts six weeks
Five class hours a week
Research work on assignments and class preparation
Exam at the end of the course
Introductory module in the first semester
APPLY TO STUDY AT RGSL 1. Fill in an online application at apply.rgsl.edu.lv
2. Write a motivation letter in English
3. Attach your diploma or if not yet graduated, your current term grade transcript
4. General admission: grade average and grade in English at ECTS level C (Latvian grade 7)
5. Early admission: ECTS level A or B (Latvian grade 10, 9 or 8) if resident and not yet graduated, and general admission requirements for other applicants

RGSL Excellence Scholarships for Bachelor students with the highest grade average – tuition fee waivers
Tuition fee waivers for siblings of students of the RGSL, orphans, persons with 1st or 2nd degree of disability, RGSL employees, children of RGSL employees and graduates of SSE Riga.
