About Santi Classes Hilsa

Santi Classes, Hilsa is an initiative taken by MSSS (put its full form here) in the field of education. It

provides free and quality science and mathematics education and career guidance to high-school students

belonging to low income class of the society. We have a diverse range of mentors from prestigious

colleges in engineering and medical. They help us finding students and tutor them over weekends and in

vacations. Classes are organized at Ashutosh Kumar Manav’s office (MSSS office) near S.U. College, Hilsa.

Here, we believe that it is not the money through which one achieves success but it is one’s determination

which reinforces others to take a step further.

‘SANTI’ is not only an educational institute. This is a step towards dream of a bright future. It provides free

and quality science and mathematics education and career guidance to high-school students belonging to

low income class of the society. It also provides coaching for engineering and medical institute entrance

exams (ISEET, AIPMT etc).

MISSION

The main objective of SANTI is to track the talented bunch of students from economically impoverished

sections and sharpen their skills by providing a healthy environment. Talent knows no boundaries. It is

everywhere. All one needs is to spot talent and nurture it to let it blossom.

The talented students have been given quality teaching and an open atmosphere to perform to the best of

their potential. The students should not be handicapped by financial constraints of their families. If they

have it in them, SANTI is there to guide them where they belong, but may not reach due to lack of

resources. SANTI’s mission is to help more and more students from economically poor sections to reach

the IITs and other prestigious institutes of this country. Abhinandan Kumar has now realized the

importance of ‘catching them young’. He wants to start the talent hunt a bit earlier than Plus Two stage. If

talented students are spotted at the school-level, it can work wonders. With this in mind, he wants to set

up schools for poor children. The schools would provide the right impetus to the students at the right time

through innovative teaching to develop their interest in Mathematics and Science subjects at an early age.

It would shape them for different Olympiads and prepare them for other competitions. The thrust would be

on developing inquisitiveness, so very important for science and math education.

A. No any eligibility criteria, but the students should have poor financial background.

 

Q. How can I join the SANTI CLASSES, HILSA?

A. You have to give the entrance test and qualify it.

 

Q. When is the test held?

A. In the last week of month April or starting week of month May.

 

Q. To participate in the test, what I have to do?

A. For this, you have to submit your name, address and your mobile number to Ashutosh Kumar Manav Sir'

office, near S.U. college, Hilsa.

 

Q. How much do I have to pay for admission or registration?

A. It is free of cost.

 

Q. Are there any other charges for the test or admission etc?

A. No, all programs are free of cost.

 

Q. What is the syllabus of entrance test?

A. The syllabus of entrance test is same as the syllabus of classes under class 10th.

 

Q. What is the question pattern for the test?

A. There are objective type questions equally from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with no negative

marking.

 

Q. When is the result published?

A. Evening of test day and results are sent to you by sms on your mobile number.

 

Q. How much do I have to pay for entire course?

A. There is no fee for SANTI CLASSES, HILSA. It is an absolutely free program.

 

Q. What is the duration of course?

A. Classes of SANTI are organization only in vacation period of its faculty members mostly in the month of

June, July, and December (around 930 hours in a year).

VISION

To help those students who dream to become engineer, doctor, IAS and IPS but losing their hope

due to lack of financial support, efficient teaching and proper guidance.

We are starting this with engineering. As soon as we find faculty for other stream we will get

started with others.

On coming Mar 3rd, we plan to go to schools and colleges of Hilsa and make people know about our

initiative.

Regular classes of preparation of engineering are getting started from May 10th with faculties from

our native place who are studying in engineering colleges.

CONTRIBUTE YOUR TIME FOR YOUR NATIVE PLACE

This is a polite request to people pursuing undergraduate and higher studies (B.E. , B.Tech., M.B.B.S. etc)

to contribute your time to students who dream to achieve the same or even higher that you have. We all

come to our native place for vacations. Believe me, it does take anything to give your time to students.

Although it gives you a sense of satisfaction that you are creating a part of a better society.

We have students in this place who have potential to crack even JEE or AIPMT but they are unable to go to

coaching classes or even school due to financial problems. Many of you might have experienced these

problem yourself while you were a student. You can help us find those students and teach them their

syllabus whenever you find time during your vacation. Your little time can fill a student’s life with light. So,

Lets join our hand for a noble cause.
