HOW MANY OF YOU HAVE SCANNERS AT YOUR DESK AND YOU SCAN ONE PAGE AT A TIME… EACH DAY…ONLY TO LOSE WHERE IT IS LOCATED OR TO START THE PROCESS AGAIN EACH DAY?

No More! Now you can scan one or multiple copies using your friendly local school copy machine. Directions follow.

Plug your flash drive into the copier.

Press the Scan Button.

Press the File/USB button.

Click the USB media button.

Choose single or multiple scans.

Make sure your papers to scan are inserted.

Click START to scan the papers to your flash drive. They will save as a .pdf file.

Don’t forget to remove your flash drive when finished and press the FUNCTION CLEAR button.
