Cropping Brightness & contrast Black & White Cross disolve Here I have chosen a clip that I want to use in my video. This image shows me cropping the clip so that I don’t have to use the whole of the clip in my music video. I did this for all of the clips that I used throughout the video so that I had the right parts in the right place & so I didn’t have to use the whole clip. I have used the editing technique brightness and contrast throughout the whole music video. I have applied this to each clip so that the colour and contrast match the rest of the music video. Here I have chosen a clip that I want to use in my video.

Some of the clips I have made brighter and some darker to match the music at the different part of the song.

The colour scheme for my video is black and white therefore I have used the Black and White image control editing technique on every clip in the video. This has been applied so all the clips are the same and there is consistency throughout.

I have used a cross dissolve effect on many of the clips I have used in my music video. I have used this editing technique so that my video flows together better as well as looking more professional. It also fits in well with the slow parts of the song and the abstract look to the video.
