While I dream

She is thinking about back when she was India when she dreams so maybe she wants to go back there and does not like living in England

It grows back

She uses an extended metaphor through the whole poem about plants.

GROWS LONGER, GROWS MOIST,

GROWS STRONG VEINS

Growing back goes back to the metaphor of a plant.
