Herzberg's research identified that true motivators were other completely different factors, notably : -
• Achievement
• Recognition
• Work itself

No one can stay without action even for a single moment. The Gunas born of Prakriti (through
attachment and hatred) impel a person to constantly perform actions.

Therefore, perform your duties in daily life. It is far better to act than to be inactive. By
being inactive, you cannot even maintain the needs of your physical body.

Whatever a great man does, the same is followed by others. Whatever he sets as an
example, the same the world emulates.

One should not unsettle the intellect of those who are attached to action. A wise man should
gently lead them to action, while he himself performs actions with a controlled mind.
