Module Breakdown: The progression of “The 3 A’s”

Avoidance• Being able to recognize a possibly

dangerous situations in you daily life, and what can be done to avoid them.

Awareness• When a situation cannot be avoided,

what do you need to be aware of to increase you safety.

Action• When you are in a situation where

physical action of some kind must be taken.

Ice Breakers and Energizers

Day 1: Modified “Two Truths and a Lie”

Two truths and a lie will be turned into me and be read to the group

The group will have to guess whose was read and then guess what the lie is.

Day 2: “Find and Do”

FIND a person in the room who has the same….

Once you find that person, DO this amount of this exercise.

Find similarities with coworkers.

Will get them moving around and warmed up for the class.
