So what is this all about!

Most of us live our life in a conventional way i.e. eat, sleep, marry

and die :P

But some of us live in a unique way!

The way that inspires others!

The Reason is Motivation!

We all have a general pattern of Motivations as explained by

Abraham Maslow in his Hierarchy of

Needs!

1. Physiological needs

2. Safety needs 3. Love and belonging 4. Esteem

5. Self-actualization

6. Self-transcendence

What happens is that most of us live in the 1st needs’

realm and keep dreaming of 2nd!

Few get to 2nd and dream of 3rd and 4th!

So what about 5th and 6th!Visionaries reach them

some times bypassing 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th!

By the way it has been proven by research that

these needs aren’t linear they are parallel!

So What’s the procedure?

First of all be Self Aware!

Self-awareness is the capacity for introspection and the ability to

reconcile oneself as an individual separate from the environment

and other individuals

This comes from the most difficult question to ask of one's self: "Who am I?“ This includes our recognition of ourselves, of our character, of our strengths and weaknesses, desires and

dislikes.

It help us recognize when we are stressed or feel under pressure. It

is also a pre-requisite for effective communication and

interpersonal relationships. As well as for having empathy for

others.

So how to do it? If you weren’t you then what you had been…

Think of a flower, fruit, animal, an inanimate

object that best describe your characteristics

a fictional character and a real life personality that

you admire and can connect with.

Jolt down at least 3 qualities of all of them

Jasmine, A flower that I like for its simplicity and its significance as the national

flower of Pakistan

Pineapple, An exotic fruit for me. Colorful vibrant

and tasty

I am always fascinated by energy and I believe that Rainbow is its best form

Lightning, another form of energy. Love it for its speed,

power and supremacy!

Shaheen Falcon an elegant bird known for its qualities as a

mystic in Allama Iqbal’s literature

Markhor a wild goat is the National Animal of Pakistan

widely known for its strength and vigor

Rock Lee, epitome of self determination and perseverance

Power Rangers, team work and always working to make this world a better place to live in

Batman, the one man army. World’s greatest detective, a

polymath, self reliant and expert in everything

Dr. Muhammad Yunus, founder of the Social Entrepreneurship
