What is STaR Chart?
The Texas Teacher STaR Chart is an assessment tool developed around the 4 key areas of the Texas Long Range Plan for Technology 2006-2020.

• Assist in determining progress toward Long-Range Plan for Technology
• Help in meeting district goals

• Identify professional development needs
• Raise awareness of research-based instructional goals

• Enables teachers to see the expectations for Technology and Instruction
• Self-Assess progress toward meeting those expectations
