where all the three book format can be integrated to
produce a eBook formats like OeB, Mobipocket & EPUB.
If the input is Text PDF it will be saved as a RTF/
Word Format for further process.
If input is the scanned images or Image PDF will
undergo Optical Character Recognition using
international commercial OCR Engines like
ABBYY Finereader or OmniPage. The OCR text
quality will be more than 99.5% accuracy.
The output is saved in RTF / Word Format for
further proofreading.
Experienced operators will do 100% proofread on
the OCR text to correct the errors. A spellchecking
will be done at the end of the process. This
process make sure that the content is 100%
accurate.

Simple word styles like bold, italics and underlines
will be applied to text by wildcard replacement in
MS Word and the few most common special
character are replaced with hexadecimal values.
And the soft hyphens also removed from the text.
The final content from the word file will be copied to
the Epsilon editor for further xHTML coding
process and it will be saved as xHTML file.
The epsilon editor is very flexible for doing simple
macros and it was very fast in find and replacing
process.

We are using css for recreating original styles from
the input PDF.
The illustrations / figures are cropped from the PDF
file using Photoshop and save it as JPEG with
unique filenames.

browser to confirm the appearance of the given
styles.
The OPF file will be created to link all the files we
are using for a book like cropped images, xHTML
file and style sheets.
The NCX file will be created to generate a order of
the chapter s.
These two files will ensure the smooth transition of
xHTML to eBook format.

using zip and then it will renamed to epub. And the
