Increase energy levels
Allow ability to perform at high levels
Improve concentration and increase calmness
Sustain desire and commitment
Remove emotion from the situation, focus on ourselves
Return back to one of the the fundamentals of sports: to have fun
Removes stress of having to perform well
Play with friends - always more fun with friends than random people
