1st Semester (August – December)

• A student will take 6 classes each semester
• Each semester course is worth .5 units of credit per class
• Credit is issued at the end of each semester (December & May)
• Students must earn 23 units to graduate

Pros• The potential for earning

School atmosphere and experiences
• Not all college credit via dual enrollment is accepted at all colleges
• AP courses and tests may be used for college credit
