If you are new to the online environment and need assistance with logging into Blackboard and MyCleveland, setting up your student email account, and basic navigational skills, please plan to attend one of these SOS1 workshop sessions:

If you need assistance with Blackboard-related questions such as attaching documents, submitting assignments, posting to discussion boards, taking tests, etc., please attend one of the SOS2 workshop sessions listed below.
