You need
285 gr FlourYest¾ spoon of salt3 spoon of sugar55 gr of butter250 ml of milk1 eggFirst, you should mix the flour, the yest and the sugar. Then you have to add the butter and after add the milk and the egg. Finally you have to knead all. Cut into circles and put into the oven during 15 minutes at 200ºC.
