This is how I pick my sources as I read during the 15-minute reading time with the prompts. I make a quick t-chart, then I go source by source and pull one idea in a list, so I’ll know what I want to use and have it handy while I write. This way, I’ve pre-planned the order somewhat before the writing time begins. Also, I even put on my list where I might use some sources in the essay itself.
