Newsletter Ideas FaMuS Votes: 0 The Birth of earth Votes:7 Barkingside Hunters Votes: 6A lot of people chose ‘The Birth of Earth’ because they liked the rhyming sense and they said that it should display news of what’s going to happen to the world in the future, past or happening right then and there.

I asked 11 people aged 14-16; on which colour swatch they liked, almost all of them

voted for the 3rd one, Yellow – Blue – Green – Orange, from now on I’m going to be using that colour pattern throughout my newsletter. I’m going to use it because they said that the vibrant colour gave them a good feeling about the newsletter, that is going to be exiting, happy nothing evil-related.

Show the latest, loved and heard/viewed albums, such as Justin Bieber for girls, maybe Snoop Dog for boys, almost all girls are fans of popular singer Justin Bieber and most boy love to listen to rap so Snoop Dog or Jason Derulo isn’t a bad choice

Pictures of the newest hit singers – Linking to Justin Bieber or some other singer that is rising in popularity, because new singers, dancers are always rising and getting better, people love to see their progress and think to themselves, “I can do that too”

Sport Include the world record of

goals, crossbar hits in a row and some of the most impossible-like goals to make players and other people attempt these, challenge them and make them interact instead of just reading

Display the new uprising football superstars – Again, people love seeing other people progress and get the best and then they want to do it too but not just that, Football is easily the most played and known Sport ever

Crazy loans or players bought for £/$ - that people won’t believe – Can grab football fans attention and start making a debate about whether it’s good, bad maybe it was good for their club

Fashion Include the newest and most

loved dresses for all kinds of woman based on which they voted for, maybe they would rather choose a nice long-sleeved shirt because it’s cold outside and they don’t want a short dress with short sleeves, maybe for summer but winter you need it more

Display varies of different dresses or just clothes used for events e.g. A Wedding, a funeral, a football match etc. Dressing normally to a wedding or a funeral isn’t seen as something good, mostly disrespectful and the way you dress can represent someone’s personality

Pictures/Images of famous celebrities wearing this fantastic dress everyone wanted, this will make the readers want to buy the dress even more.

Interactive ElementsFor my interactive Elements I’ll add some stuff that are similar when browsing, watching a video or playing games Interactive Features help a lot when doing online stuff, makes easy to navigate, read look at pictures etc.

ZoomI’ll use zoom for the last of the Interactive elements.

Zooming in and out can be really helpful when trying to pick out mistakes or for reading really small text around the page that contain something interesting to you

Most people zoom in most of time to see some of the details or if anything bad or weird is happening in the background worth telling someone else or reporting e.g. a fight

Page NavigationFor Page Navigation I will use Arrows ( ) to symbolise which page you want to go to next, for example if you’re on your front page and you immediately want to go to the back page, you can by clicking the arrow going to the left, by clicking the Right one, you will go to the double spread page.

This is very useful and can just be used with on click of a button, this is good because we people are lazy nowadays so by making it as easy as just a click, it would help out a lot of people not just when tired and not bothered to sit up and scroll to the next page but when maybe eating and your hands are full, it’s so easy to do, anyone can do it.

Auto-Read

Part 2 Planning

Auto-Read is especially helpful for blind people as they cannot see anything, but these days a lot of people are lazy and can’t be bothered to read so we introduced ‘Auto-Read’ you can sit down, relax and take your mind of things.

Some Websites such as ‘The Sun’ have an auto-read option with the headphone picture, clicking will allow a robot to read out the words, some people learn differently from others, for example, some learn better by reading while other are learning

more from just listening to someone else.

SaveSaving is one of the most important features, doing hard work and going for days to produce a high detailed newsletter, advert anything but then not being able to save it and just lose is horrible.

Saving is probably one of the most used feature, it is so important I can’t stress it enough, take an article for example, you’ve been working for around 6 hours, and you’ve produced a really good article, nice graphics, a lot of information etc but then you are so tired but cannot save… what are you going to do? Start over again the next day for another 6 hours? Yeah

right that’s why ‘SAVING’ is really important.

Share ‘Composing’ a letter, article or a Slide/Presentation is important for sharing your work with someone, it’s critical when working with a partner, sharing a presentation to make it better as a whole because two people are working at it.

Sharing is used for a lot of things, even sending a ‘Game Data’ to someone so they can beat a boss or a level.

PrintingPrinting is really, really important, if you have finished your homework, your job application etc.

Sometimes people print out at least 2 copies just in case they accidently don’t save their work or they need to hand it in.

Printing is sometimes really useful when you’re going to hang posters on your bedroom wall or door, you never know, but it always comes in handy, especially for a backup.
