…and let Fair Use be your friend. Some quick guidelines when podcasting:You can use 10% (not to exceed 10 seconds) of a copyrighted song or other audio. You can do work based on copyrighted materials, but you cannot just read, and record.

Creative Commons

Creative commons is another great resource.You don’t pay, you attribute, or give credit.You can search for material based on CC licensing (almost everything in Wikipedia is CC licensed).
