>> Speakers and coaching team: choosing speakers, interviewing them, deciding on themes, making sure the speakers stay within the 18 minutes time limit, help in presentations if necessary, prepare profiles for speakers.

>>Art and Design Team: logos and banners, photographers, keeping a high quality of all images and media used.

>> Social Activity team: coming up with creative games and activities to encourage the audience and the speakers to interact and exchange ideas. responsible for the tags/labels the visitors wear, etc...

>> Marketing, promotion and publishing team.

>> Technical Support Team.
