Company name, logo and elaborate on the company’s branding. Summary of Unique Selling Point (USP). Summary of target customer profile. Summary of Product/Services offered. Vision. (What you want to achieve a few years down the road). Mission. (What you have to do to achieve your vision). Business Goals/Objectives. 2. 8 Step Business Model Value Proposition (The value and benefits customers receive from your business). Revenue Model (How you get your sales e.g. direct selling, subscription, advertising).( Financial models) Market Opportunity (Who is your target customer – deep profiling, size of segment). Competitive Environment (Who are the competitors, their strengths/weaknesses). (5 forces) Competitive Advantage (How you are different/better vs. competitors). Market Strategy (4P’s: place (e.g. website, user experience), price, product, promotion (includes advertising). Include your advertising message, and ways to reach your target consumer (e.g. advertising medium). Management Team (Your top management’s profile, and how their experiences and skills help the business to succeed). Organization Development (Different departments and functions in your company, breakdown of work). 3. References 4. Appendix (if any) Important Notice: You must include all the tasks you performed each week as part of the Final Project Oral presentation will be 15 minutes (min) to 20 minutes (max), with time to be divided equally among the team members. You have to submit a Final Project report (softcopy), the oral presentation files (softcopies), and product prototypes (if any) on the day of oral presentation.

Guidelines for the Report

1. Executive Summary

• Business Idea.

• Summary/Introduction to Company. Company name, logo and elaborate on the company’s branding.

• Summary of Unique Selling Point (USP).

• Summary of target customer profile.

• Summary of Product/Services offered.

• Vision. (What you want to achieve a few years down the road).

• Mission. (What you have to do to achieve your vision).
