Conclusion

The Texas STaR Chart is a tool for educators to judge their classroom’s, school’s, district’s, and state’s use of technology. 21st Century learners must be adept in technology use like never before. Schools hold this huge responsibility and every available resource must be allocated to ensure our students are prepared for the future.
