To assist Texas Teachers, schools and district in assessing efforts to effectively integrate technology across the Curriculum and monitor progress toward the goals of the Texas Long Range Plan for Technology

How do I complete the STaR Chart?

Click on this link: http://starchart.epsilen.com/

Select “Login” to enter the site

Enter your Username as given by the ITS. Enter password as your initial password if you did not complete the STaR Chart last year. Click Login.  

Enter your password from last year if you were here.

Complete the blanks on the pop-up that appears: The email address is your RRISD email address. Set your password using whatever you typically use as your password at school, then click Update.

Once you have updated your profile, the following screen will appear:

Open your Lotus Notes and look for an email sent by StarChart with you updated password. Open the email and click on the link as indicated .

The link will return you to the “Login” screen.

Enter your assigned STaRChart username and the password which you just created.

Click on the “Begin” button to start the survey.
