The city of the future

BEEN REALISTIC:

• Been realistic, the population of the world is increasing really quickly, making a high impact in the earth; nowadays we continue using more earth’s and nature’s resources than we produce. In a few years, in the future, if we don't change this with the over population we suffer the cities of the future are condemned to the disaster.

NEED TO BE OPTIMISTIC:

•But I’m optimistic and I hope this will change, we are in time to modify it, if we change, I imagine the cities of the future such different to how they are now.

SPACE:• The over population in the

future will make the need of optimize the physic space of the cities, because at this time we will not have lot of space for houses... Because if we continue building urbanizations and destroying the nature will be a disaster , In my opinion the building will be progressing into tall's buildings and less urbanization.

IN THE FUTURE DAYS: ARCHITECTURE.

• The most relevant thing is that we must advance to an auto sustainable architecture; the buildings and the cities need to produce everything they consume, at the same time that they live in harmony with nature. Now a day with the help of the technologies that we are discovering, the sustainable architecture is possible. It´s the future for the correct sustain of the cities and the nature.

HOW WILL BE THE FUTURES HOUSES OR CITIES OF THE WORLD? AND WHAT WOULD THEY NEED TO BE SUSTAINABLE?

• My vision of the cities we will live in a few years will be plenty of modern technologies. The industries of technologies will let us make the cities sustainable; all the buildings will produce the energies and everything they consume with the help of renewable energies. We are improving in this sector but in a few years we need to make this sector the main sector of energy.

WHAT WE NEED:•Every building

needs to have their owns Solar panels and wind turbines. With the help of solar energy we can make possible a system called solar water heating.

SOLAR WATER HEATING

• They are two types: direct circulation systems and indirect circulation systems, direct circulation systems loop the domestic water through the panels. They should not be used in climates with temperatures below zero degrees centigrade’s so it is only useful in warm and very sunny climates. Indirect circulation loops glycol or some other fluid through the solar panels and uses a heat exchanger to heat up the domestic water.

• So this system can be used in any part of the world and probably in a few year with the improvement of technology will be better and more efficient like wind turbines and solar panels that will be perfectly integrated with the buildings and the system of energy of the city

ECOLOGICAL CITIES• I think it's necessary

that the future metropolis have to live in harmony with nature, we need to live integrated in nature but never causing any damages.

• The urban places of the future need to be ecological, with a public transport that doest pollute the earth.

IMPORTANT SECTORS IN THE FUTURE:

•To reach this dream, the sector of technologies and architecture will be the ones responsible to make this possible, I hope in the future I can take part of this architecture dream.

CONCLUSION:

•If the world really starts to view where we need to go, the future that nowadays is very far away, can be possible one day, in not to much time, because the future I’m talking about it is start to be present in some parts of the world.... lets make it possible!
