We agree that ICT has had an overall positiveimpact on teaching and learning. However, theissues that give ICT a negative image are whenschools become more concerned with reachingminimum targets (i.e. how many computers theyhave and setting up a VLE) rather than beinginnovative and using ICT as a teaching andlearning aid.
