DESCRIPTION
Een blik in de toekomst van e-Commerce en de integratie van de verschillende Commerce modellen in de Wereld van morgen. E-Commerce is veel complexer dan enkel het creëren en bouwen van een online shop. De noodzaak om alle handelsmodellen te integreren en aan te laten sluiten op de steeds groeiende ‘interconnected world’, is de sleutel tot het succes van een online business. Een succesvolle online aanwezigheid leidt naar de vraag hoe nieuwe markten te veroveren en bestaande klanten tevreden te houden terwijl je tegelijkertijd zorgt voor een stijging van de omzet en verkoop marge. Kortom, het gaat niet alleen om het kiezen van de juiste technologie, maar ook om het creëren van een goed systeem eromheen, om alles te optimaliseren en verbeteren, zodat uiteindelijk de omzet en verkoop marge zal stijgen.
