She sat down on the steps of a cross and thought,

Where am I now! I am a long way from the palace.. This is life. But I am thirsty . Where can I get some milk from? Who is that coming! ..

Page 4: The Princess on the Road

That was a village boy named Johnny. Hey you, where is

everyone? I am hungry and I need some milk

now.Everyone is in the field, harvesting.. We have some milk in our

house but..So I should get it myself right… great. This is an

adventure.

The princess went into his house and came back with some milk and a loaf of bread.

The princess drunk the whole milk and ate the bread. She crumbled the rest of the bread and threw it to the ducks.

By then the villagers came back and saw the girls on the steps of the cross

One of the villagers recognised her jug and plates near the girls . When they asked about it…..

Hey, these are my stuff. How did they get here? How dare you to steal

them?

I am sorry ,I was hungry and thirsty. So I took them.

Mom, she took our Sunday loaf too and gave it to the ducks..

Page 7: The Princess on the Road

How dare you to steal from our

village?Hold her … search her..

She is a thief .. A vagabond

Please leave me… I am the princess…

At that time, a juggler came in that way and saw the mess going on

Hey everyone, what is going on here?

When he saw the girl, he recognised her as the princess.

Page 9: The Princess on the Road

The juggler tried his best to convince the mob but..

You mad fools, this is the newly married wife of our prince

Florimund…. Listen to me…

Look at her she is nothing but a vagabond…

Page 10: The Princess on the Road

Your Highness, please show them

something to prove yourself. Otherwise they won’t let you

go.

I can sing for them… or… I can dance for them…

Page 11: The Princess on the Road

The princess tried to prove herself by singing…

…..and dancing but nothing worked out.

Ha Ha Ha

Ha Ha Ha ..

“For me are your songs and your smiles…”

Page 12: The Princess on the Road

Your Highness please stop

crying.. Don’t you remember

how I taught you to throw

and catch balls? Can you do

that?

Mmh……… I think I can…

Page 13: The Princess on the Road

Look people… who among you can do it? Look at that

folks… that’s our princess. You believe now?

Wow! wonderful …..

The princess took some apples and threw them in air and caught it,, and went on throwing them.

Page 14: The Princess on the Road

..and those who catches the apples will help me to get

back to the palace….
