BONNIE AND ELIZABETH ARE IN THE BEGINNING STAGES OF THEIR RESEARCH.

THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY IS TO PROVE THE LIBRARY'S VALUE BY MAPPING THE ACRL

STANDARDS TO 13 MONTHS OF CHAT TRANSCRIPTS. THE POSTER WAS WELL

RECEIVED BY OUR COLLEAGUES WHO LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING THE RESULTS OF OUR

STUDY.
