you background, your scholastic achievements and accomplishments.

Then you can go on to give the academic or educational

qualification and details.

Since you are looking to study abroad, be sure to include the scores

of the tests that you would have attempted, such as SATs, GMAT,

GRE, TOEFL or IELTS.

If you have done well in any extracurricular or in your studies,

mention the award you received for it.

Give a brief mention of the co-curricular activities or the

internships and work experience that you may have gained along

the way.

You can also give details of the voluntary work that you may have

done.

You resume should also have a reference section, where you can

mention names and contact details of those who can vouch for

your character, work ethics, achievements and such details. For

reference, you could give names of your school teacher or maybe

your employer.

A well prepared resume highlighting your capabilities and plus points on

the basis of truth will sure impress the admissions committee.
