TorrijasA Spanish Easter recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- Bread.
- 1 litre of Milk and Eggs.
INGREDIENTS:
- 100 gr of Sugar.
- 2 sticks Cinnamon.
INGREDIENTS:
- Olive oil.
PREPARATION:
- Cut the bread in slice.
- Heat the milk, with sugar and stick cinnamon.
PREPARATION:
- Pass the bread for the milk.
- Coat the bread with eggs.
PREPARATION:
- Fry in a pan.
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon.
