The building has two floors and is crowned by a

dome. This is a central plan. Attached to this plan

there are two small buildings with basilica

floors and an atrium with a portico.

It's is of Roman style because it

has: arches, thick walls and small

narrow windows. But it has elements of

Gothic style too such as the vault.

The doors are made of bronze and have wrought

iron rail ing.

This is located to the north of the Court (Palatine) complex and it was destined to hold the general complaints once a year.
