• Model / approach needs to suit organization and its culture

• Clear remit, ownership and scope of all partners - contested territory?

• Needs to be agile to respond to emerging needs

• Services designed from researcher perspective – simple, seamless, responsive

• Requires time and ongoing effort to build and maintain the partnerships
