In 4 ounces of Salmon there is ONLY 12 grams of fat!

In those 12 grams of fat are Omega 3 fatty acids which are good for you and are known to decrease cholesterol, inflammation, abnormal heart rhythms, triglycerides, blood clots and high blood pressure!!!

Wild Salmon contains B12, Vitamin A, Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, Copper,

Phosphates, Zinc, and Selenium!!!

For instance, B12 increases red blood cells which gives you energy and is required for normal growth.

You can try Chicken! It is a great source of Vitamin B12, Vitamin A, Riboflavin, Niacin, Iron and Selenium, and It taste just as great!!!
