Unit 8: My Little Kidney Beans
COTTON: the threads which grow around the seeds of a tall plant which is grown especially in the US, China and South Asia

POUR: to make a substance flow from a container, especially into another container, by raising just one side of the container that the substance is in
SOGGY: (of things which can absorb water, especially food) unpleasantly wet and soft
SOIL: the material on the surface of the ground in which plants grow
SPROUT: to produce leaves, hair and other new developing parts, or (of leaves, hair and other developing parts) to begin to grow
WAIT: to allow time to go by
WATER: a clear liquid, without colour or taste, which falls from the sky as rain and is necessary for animal and plant life
