DESCRIPTION
In 2014, AIESEC Vietnam proudly hosts the Vietnam Youth Icon summer camp targeting at +500 eager and active high school students in Ha Noi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh city and +30 international exchange students. This camp aims at providing them with an global environment to raise their awareness about socially responsible leadership as well as empowering them to create their own impact on the society.

Summer camp is a national project run by AIESEC Vietnam. we envision that Vietnam has a lot of young leaders , who are responsible for their lives and society, to contribute to the development of the country.
Summer camp objectives
- Create an environment for Vietnamese Youth to raise their self awareness , understand social issues and trends in Vietnam , acknowledge their responsibility for themselves and the society.- Equip Vietnamese Youth with necessary leadership and management skills.- Engage them in a community of active citizens and empower them to create their own impacts o the society.

Summer camp 2014 focuses on developing socially responsible leaders through three main steps:
Me and Myself
Me and Others
Self awareness is the very first step to build up the worldview of a good citizen in the future.Students will be provided with necessary tools and reflection skills to understand themselves and utilize their own resource to set and strive for their dream
In the interconnection world, no big impact can be made alone.Being equipped with necessary soft skills and functional skills, students will have the ability to work with other people well is necessary to achieve the common target.
Me and the World
Students are helped to understand the impacts of global and local trends and issues on their own development.By acting on a real campaign to address the issues and raise society’s awareness of the issues, they will have a deep sense of their social responsibility.
