9.6 million registered voters risk DISENFRANCHISEMENT if they fail to have their BIOMETRICS taken before

An estimated 3 million individuals have turned 18 since the last registration period, in 2013.

Voter Registration resumes on May 6, 2014 and will end on October 31, 2015 – a period of a little over 17 months.

As we travel the length of the largest island of the Philippines , we will be sending images to the rest of the country through media, both mainstream and social. In doing so, we underscore for voters in other parts of the country what is truly at stake in every elections, beyond the mere thrill of picking the winning side.

This is a novel project to increase awareness on voter's registration without the usual resource intensive requirement. Just plain crowd-herding.
