a tribe is a group of people who are connected to one another...

connected to a leader...

and connected to an idea

a group needs only two things to be a tribe:

a shared interest,

and a way to communicate

anyone can lead a tribe

leaders use passion and ideas to lead people

and they have followers

people like to connect with like minded people

and the Internet has made it even easier for people to connect

in most cases, what’s missing is a leader

the leader connects every thing and every one

why does this matter?

because tribes are powerful

and leading a tribe is one of the most important things you can do

real power comes from building networks

be a leader

without leaders, there are no followers
