What is Weduc?

A platform that connects schools to parents and teachers to students through messages,

photographs, videos, assessments, best practices and links. Weduc is a secure environment where content about the daily activities of students in

schools can be shared among registered users and entities.

Weduc aims to develop tools that involve all parents and school staff at 360° in the educational environment and

help build a network that reflects the reality of every student, every family, every school and every community. It is a secure and private environment built on a collective

intelligence for the benefit of a better education.

Who can become a Partner?

A company, brand or entity focused onEducational or infantile products or services,

which can use Weduc to advertise its line and sell it directly to Weduc users.

Entities, schools or individual users place products and services on the Weduc Marketplace

Users order items and pay for them on the platform

Sellers receive the order and payment confirmation and proceed to dispatch the items

Weduc processes the payment with the seller.

1. Entities approval

After an entity profile is validated, an invitation

is sent by email, granting access to the

management of the page on Weduc.

2. Partner agreement

By defining a set of products or services and

the Weduc comission, entity managers will

gain access to the store management module

on the entity's profile page.

3. Creating products and services

Step 1

Select the type of products to be sold (physical,

downloadable, vouchers or with an activation key).

Step 2

A title, description, base price, VAT, applicable

discounts, stock availability and subtypes of

products must be filled in. It can also be set if the

product or service is to be made public or private

to an entity.

Step 3

Associated categories must be identified, as well as

pictures and the type of user profile the product or

service will be visible to.

4. Searching products and ordering

Products and services are made available on the

entity's profile page and on the store's profile

page*, where users can search products by category

and seller, and place orders.

5. Payment

When ordering, users can pay with an ATM

reference or by credit card. Weduc will be

responsible for any payment fees.

Store* - During the launching period, the navigation functions will be inactive.

6. Delivery

Products and services are made available on the

entity's profile page and on the store's page*, where

products can be searched by categories, seller and

where orders can be placed. Sellers are notified of

each order and payment confirmation.

7. Invoicing

After orders are delivered, buyers must receive an

order invoice from sellers. The latter will then be

monthly charged with the according commission.

Partners can promote their services

by creating targeted ads (with an

associated cost) which can be

filtered by type of user or

geographical area, with or without

an external link.
