FERPA is a Federal law that applies to educational agencies and institutions that receive funding under a program administered by the US Department of Education. The statute is found at 20 U.S.C. $1232g and the Department’s regulations are found at 34 CFR Part 99.

completed with all paperwork received. Aid will pay for balance prior to refunds being awarded.

Rental Books not returned by 5:00pm on Friday of Finals Week will be charged. $25 late fee Cost of the book as a buy book.
Students who have text book fines are not able to receive transcripts, grades, or register for future semesters until debt has been paid!.
