Look after our health by being active and making healthy choices thereby decreasing the chance we will be affected by Childhood Obesity (see next slide).

Try out a lot of new and fun sports and physical activities.

Know more about ourselves and others so we value ourselves and our relationships.

Make good decisions: whether it be when crossing a road or in a social situation.

Childhood Obesity

25% of boys and 23.3% of girls in NSW schools were classified as either overweight or obese in 2004. (SPANS, 2004)

This percentage is increasing every year due to an increasingly sedentary lifestyle.
