Use images you take from : Your city Your personal trips People Nature Shades Etc... Ask Ss to bring their pics and do similar
actvities for pair group work

imagine tis couple’s lifestyle? How would you describe them ?
• Does this couple remind you of someone you know? Who? Why?
Outline:SS get into the mind of the characters and write up their mental storyboard , which builds up the final image Focus: Writing practice: Narrative tenses for story –making ( past simple, past continuous , past perfect)

Outline: SS describe images totheir partners who attempt to draw
them .Focus: Fluency practice: Listening forspecific purposes, making connectionsbetween verbal descriptions and visualStimuli. Level: All – (adaptable activity)Basic describing language, prepositionsof places , there is/ are, on the left/right/in the top right/ left- hand corner, etc(revision/ personalisation)Steps: Pair up SS wich one with a differentset of pics ( 2 or 3 per student) St A describes a pic while StB draws.Change roles. SS then compare their pics with thedrawings . Follow up: SS chose one of the pics
they got and like most to share theirimpressions with the class / groups

am Ifeeling now? How do i relate to other
peoplehere? What will happen next? What do I
regret?What do I wish for the world? Etc.SS write down the answers to the
questionswhile t monitors their writing. Set Ss in
groupsand each one reads about tyheir work
and theothers have to guess who they are
