DESCRIPTION
There are four key ingredients that you should have in place for a performance improvement project to improve business results. Scott Weersing discusses how to identify these four key ingredients, and overcoming a missing element. By reviewing examples of previous performance improvement projects that were missing one or more ingredients, Weersing discusses how those missing pieces were solved, and proposes new ways in improving the outcome and achieving performance improvement project success.
