How to Start a Sister Chapter – Program Requirements

Mission Statement: The AIChE Sister Chapters program helps prepare students for the increasingly global environment they will enter upon graduation. This session will give an overview of the 2015 - 2016 Sister Chapter Program, as well as a brainstorming session on how to maintain a successful sister chapter relationship, tips on holding international video meetings and more.

Minimum Requirements◦ Sign up for program by November 30th, 2015◦ Monthly video conference between Sister Chapters

◦ Summarize experience with an article for AIChE’s ChEnected blog◦ End-of-the-year assessment

How to Start a Sister Chapter – The Timeline

November 2015◦ Participation form sent out to all Student Chapter Presidents and Advisors◦ Fill out the form

◦ Request a match for pre-existing Sister Chapter relationships
