index Introduction Required components Need for automation Working operation Advantage Disadvantage
Introduction The aim is to design and develop a control
system based an electronically controlled automotive rain operated motor
The sensor is used to detect the rain or water flow
Required components
A conduction sensor circuit A control unit A wiper motor A glass frame And battery Rely
Need for automation
To achieve high safety To reduce man power To increase efficiency of the vehicle To reduce the work lode To reduced the vehicle accident to high responsibility Less maintenance cost
Working operation The battery supplies the power to the sensor The wiper motor is automatically ON during the time of
rainfall The sensor is fixed in the vehicle glass The conductive (touch) sensor is senses the rainfall and
giving control signal to the control unit The control unit is activate the wiper
Advantage Free form wear adjustment Less power consumption Operating principle is very easy Sensor cost is very low due to the conductive
sensor It is possibly to operate manually or automatically
by using on/off switch
Disadvantage
This system applied in case of water falling on the class only
Addition cost is required to install this system to four wheeler
thank you Any query
