prefabricated steel structure building for Misami group the building stands out not just thanks to the extremely well-balanced
i b d f th t t hi h imain body of the structure, which is integrated into the surrounding landscape, but also as a result of a renewable energy
concept that combines geothermal and l th l ith h t lt i 'solar thermal energy with photovoltaic's. As a unique feature, an absorption
refrigerator is used to transform excess solar heat into cooling energy for the building’s temperature control system

Our concept suggestion is based on the introduction of radiant cooling system as a very comfortable and energy radiant cooling system as a very comfortable and energy efficient solution. This radiant cooling system will operate at supply water temperatures closer to the space pp y p ptemperature and thus would function in an energy efficient way. Furthermore this characteristic of the radiant cooling Furthermore, this characteristic of the radiant cooling systems to work with higher temperatures thanthe conventional HVAC systems, constitute radiant cooling y gideal to combine with renewable in this case the radiant cooling systems can be combined with earth energy to
tiliutilize green energy..The different systems that are suggested for this special and demanding project are illustrated and described in the

The under floor cooling systems serves for cooling
We make innovations. We provide solutions Under Floor Radiant Cooling
The under floor cooling systems serves for cooling output from the floor and also to compensate for any direct solar radiation from the open sides of the buildings when shading is nor desired orthe buildings, when shading is nor desired or unavailable. The high thermal transmittance of the floor covering (marble, tiles) accompanied with the hi h l i t th id f th fl blhigh solar gains at the sides of the floor, enables the system to absorb the high solar gains and create an optimal and equally distributed thermal environment covering base load, eliminating the risk of draft and temperature asymmetry.
The under floor cooling system is embedded in the screed, positioned with a special mesh g y , p pright on the top of the concrete slab or an insulation layer if this is installed. The system will absorb sensible cooling loads and compensate for direct solar radiation to the floor if it appears. More precisely about the solar radiation, zoning and loops positioning will be conducted based on expected solar radiation, allowing peripheral zoning and thus ensure optimized solar gains absorption system balancing. The installation of the pipe will be done with spiral pattern, so that balanced surface floor temperature can be achieved.

Sustainable, environmentally friendly, energy‐efficientWe make innovations. We provide solutions
The building will be heated and cooled using a hybrid system consisting of a geothermal heat pump (160 down hole heat exchangers each at a depth of 100 metres) and solar thermal energy system, the excess heat from which is transformed by an absorption refrigerator into cooling energy to cool theexcess heat from which is transformed by an absorption refrigerator into cooling energy to cool the offices and other areas of the factory in summer. The collector array on top of the flat roof of the building measures approximately 550 square meters and generates a maximum of 350 kW at flow temperatures of up to 95°C.g p pThe solar heat generated will be used primarily to heat DHW and secondarily for heating purposes. In summer and in transitional periods, when the heating can be switched off, the excess solar energy will be used for cooling by means of the absorption refrigerator.. The water will be cooled to 7°C and stored temporarily in a cold water reservoir with a capacity of 9000 liters. If a greater cooling capacity is required, the cooling energy will be generate by a hydraulically reversible geothermal heat pump. Th f i ti l t i l t d i h th t th f li t d f lThe refrigerating plant is regulated in such a way that the use of cooling energy generated from solar energy is prioritized at all times. Heat and cooling energy will be distributed around the building by means of a combined under floor system which supplies hot or cold water and fan convectors (350 fan coils approx) located inside the whole buildingfan coils approx) located inside the whole building .
In addition to the 160 vacuum tube collectors, around 800 square meters of photovoltaic panels with an output of 110 kW are also will be mounted on the building’s flat roof. These provide sufficient power to cover the building’s electrical base load around 20%.
