Task• To develop a concept for a collaborative and innovative

work environment for a Construction Design Team

• Often this kind of workplaces are called ”Big Room”

• To get Common Understanding of construction project, different partiesshould be involved in an early phase.

• The decision of building investmentcosts and sustainability are made in an early phase of the project.

• To achieve these requirements, deepcollaboration is needed.

• ICT heavily in use. BIM (Building Information Model) is a mandatory work tool for everyone.
